That’s why I started the Intentional Faith Initiative - to help motivate guys like you to navigate the murky waters of life and faith and grow to be the man God’s called you to be. Lets get started!

I’m Shep Jordan and I’m an author, speaker, husband, father, grandfather and mentor.
I’ve been blessed by a diverse life journey, both professionally and personally. There have been many peaks and valleys as well. Those experiences have given me a unique perspective on how to live life with meaning and purpose. Beginning as an officer in the Marine Corps after college, I spent a handful of years following my Marine service in the corporate world, chasing the world’s definition of success. But then I found my true calling and purpose in life: teacher, coach and mentor.
Having served 17 years in the classroom and on the athletic fields, my purpose now is to give back, using my rich life experiences to be a mentor for those seeking purpose and meaning in their life.

In fact, they are of critical importance, especially when it comes to setting the right foundation for boys and young men to help them become the men God intends them to be.
Our vision for the Intentional Faith Initiative is to provide men with practical guidance on how to create a stable and honest sense of self amidst dizzying change and deafening media.
